Wisepetrol Doesn’t Seem To Be Working – Wisepetrol

Work through these checks first:

Check it is fully seated. Unplug the device and push it back in firmly until it seats completely in the port.
Check the port has power. Most OBD2 ports are only live when the ignition is on. Turn the ignition on and check again.
Confirm your vehicle is compatible. See Will Wisepetrol Work With My Car?
Try a different compatible vehicle if you have access to one — that tells you whether the issue is the device or the vehicle.

Bear in mind that any effect on fuel use builds up over normal driving rather than showing immediately, and depends on your vehicle, driving habits, road conditions and fuel type.
